![]() ![]() Friends from demonstrate this well: Aeon221 plays an extremely bloodthirsty game, CSL, on the other hand, loves to play a more ‘courtly’ game, like me. I’m not one to take on playing a huge kingdom and blasting my way through wars and relations, I love getting close and intimate with my own family (er… that didn’t come out right) and watching all the courtiers and vassals closely.īut what’s great about CK2 is that there are a variety of ways to play. ![]() There’s something wonderfully personal and intimate about managing a single dynasty and engaging in the petty squabbles of courtly life. I have tried to enjoy Paradox games in the past and while I found HoI3 approachable I’ve not really jelled with any other game. So Crusader Kings 2 is out (or is inside a few hours) and if I had the time I would love to be playing it as I loved the demo. ![]()

While building a character that can dominate in one aspect of gameplay is one tactic, keeping multiple types of weapons and picking perks and balanced attributes that make a character effective in all aspects of gameplay is also a decent choice. While tricking out a character to be a flawless gunslinger can be fun, it can lead to some weakness, especially against any enemy that can quickly get in close. Building a character geared toward one single style of play is a popular tactic, and requires picking attributes and perks that will support that tactic. Plenty of games do this well, and one awesome example is the Fallout series, in which one can create pretty much any type of character they want. This all goes without saying if you're a fan of the genre. Regardless of what game you're playing, if you have the ability to create a character however you want, you'll automatically be able to play through the game as you'd like to rather than how developers have dictated it will be done. One of the gaming elements that make RPGs so immersive is the ability to get as specific and specialized as one wishes when it comes to making a character. ![]() ![]() ![]() To download Modern Combat 5 Blackout for your PC you will need the BlueStacks App Player program. Next up you’ll have to copy the Windows Home Server 2011 DVD to the root of the disk. I already have instructions on how to do that here. First you’ll need to format it and make it bootable. I’m actually using the Data Traveller by Kingston. The image is slightly bigger than 4GB, so I had to step up to an 8GB thumb drive. The first step here will be to prepare your media, usually on your client computer. (I hear it works on the ex48x, but I only tried the ex49x) So if you’ve got the grey top, you’ve got a lot more work to do that isn’t covered here. Also, I think the MicroServer is quieter than the MediaSmart (at least the ex475 that I had)Īdditionally you’ll have to use the EX490/495 or DataVault as Vail requires at least 2GB of RAM, which aren’t in earlier models of the MediaSmart servers (e.g. But it’s still a cute little form factor. I took this opportunity to get an HP ProLiant MicroServer, plus it does at least RAID1 (Mirror) where the MediaSmart or DataVault servers cannot do any form of RAID. ![]() Well, I’m positive this is something that HP will not support, so don’t even think of calling them if you go down this road, but I figured it’d be fun if you wanted to continue to use the same hardware. ![]() |
